Young people are at the heart of EFA. Every year, the Forum awards scholarships to hundreds of outstanding young talents from more than 100 countries. The scholarship programme enables students, young professionals, and changemakers to come to Alpbach and attend scientific and artistic seminars, high-level conference panels, and a variety of social and cultural activities.

The scholarship is a unique chance to get to know the brightest young professionals in Europe, network with fascinating speakers, and shape the future of the continent.

Usually you're not exposed to so many different people, so many different cultures, and so many different perspectives. I think that is the biggest value that the Forum has - diversity.

Club Alpbach Poland runs recruitment and funds EFA scholarships for talented young Poles. We are a community of students, academics, and young professionals with a clear mission to gather current and former scholarship holders from Poland.

After visiting Alpbach, our scholars become community members, participating in numerous discussions we run locally, visiting conferences in Poland, publishing in the media, and being part of research projects on issues that matter for the future of Europe
